By providing your mobile number and agreeing to participate in our SMS text messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Pharm-Pacc Corporation for medication patient assistance purposes, including consent authorizations, medication care management, and other related notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan.

Security Notice: Text messages may not be secure, as they are not encrypted. There is a risk that your protected health information (PHI) could be intercepted or accessed by unauthorized individuals. Please protect your mobile device with a passcode and notify us immediately if your device is lost or your number changes.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-enroll, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact our office directly.

No Emergency Use: SMS messaging is not to be used for emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or contact your healthcare provider directly.

Consent Not Required for Care: Receiving SMS messages is not a condition of receiving care. You can still receive services without opting in.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on your care needs and interactions with our staff.
